Every wearable piece has a size table under Size & fit on its page, with neck, chest and back length in centimetres. Between sizes, choose the larger, or email us and we will recommend one.
What if I don't love it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused pieces in their original packaging. Get in touch and we will send you everything you need. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, tell us straight away and we will put it right.
When will it arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery times for your address are shown at checkout, and your tracking number follows by email as soon as it ships.
How do I know the engraving will be right?
You see a live preview of the name on the piece as you type, and your basket shows it again so you can check the spelling. We engrave exactly what you confirm.
